At JessNaturalHair Salon, your satisfaction and the health of your hair are our priorities. Every service is performed with professional care, attention to detail, and consideration for your hair’s individual needs.

We strive to provide beautiful results and an exceptional salon experience. However, results and style longevity may vary based on hair texture, condition, maintenance, and environmental factors.

If you have a concern about your completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly review your concerns and determine whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate.

Complimentary adjustments are limited to issues related to the original service and do not include changes in style preference, additional services, or concerns resulting from improper aftercare.

While we are committed to supporting your healthy-hair journey, specific hair growth, repair, or styling results cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, where applicable.

Clients who provide at least 24 hours’ notice may transfer their deposit to one rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays happen. A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

* 1–10 minutes late: Your appointment may proceed as scheduled.
* More than 10 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled, depending on availability.
* Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late.

Because every service includes a personalized consultation, shampoo, and deep conditioning treatment, arriving on time allows us to provide your complete experience without rushing.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive without notifying us will forfeit their booking deposit, where applicable.

Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments or result in restricted online booking privileges.

Booking Deposits

Deposits are required for select longer services:

* Knotless Braids — $50
* Small Natural Twists — $50
* Medium Natural Twists — $25
* Braid Takedown & Reset — $50

All deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

If JessNaturalHair Salon must cancel your appointment, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer it to a future appointment.
